How Does the SHR technology work

SHR is a new technology that gradually heats the skin with an in motion/sliding technique until an optimal amount of energy reaches each hair follicle. It’s virtually painless, similar to having a warm massage!

Contrary to conventional laser/IPL treatments, SHR doesn’t target melanin in your skin directly but rather affects hair stem cells directly; thus enabling it to treat both darker skin tones and blonde hair with equal effectiveness.

What is SHR?

SHR (Super Hair Removal) is an innovative light-based technology that uses gentle heat to gently heat the dermis to an effective temperature, damaging and stopping future hair regrowth without injury to nearby tissue using short pulses at low repetition rates. Furthermore, using an “in motion” technique with sapphire contact cooling ensures maximum safety and comfort for patients during treatment.

SHR (Sound Hair Reduction) is the latest painless advancement of laser/IPL permanent hair reduction systems. SHR uses non-pigmented light waves instead of pigment-colored light waves to target stem cells responsible for growing new hair follicles and destroy them permanently. Furthermore, SHR uses lower fluence than Laser/IPL machines without producing painful single shots that result in hot rubber band-like pinches such as those experienced when using some standalone Laser/IPL devices.

SHR provides safe, effective, fast, and virtually pain-free hair and skin treatments to suit all hair colors and all skin types including darker complexions – it’s the only non-laser procedure with clinical research backing it! Research has also indicated that SHR can effectively treat darker complexions with more treatments than Laser/IPL while still producing comparable or superior results.

SHR handpiece is used to glide over treatment area with Grid Templates for maximum effectiveness, while sapphire contact cooling system protects skin surface from any superficial burns for virtually painless yet highly effective hair removal.

Rarely, sensitive skin may experience sunburn-like redness for up to three days after shaving or waxing; as needed use soothing lotions and cool packs (not ice) at home as needed. Patients are advised to wait at least 24/48 hours between hot baths, showers, sauna sessions or solarium treatments and using any shaved/waxed areas and other activities such as hot baths/showers/sauna/solarium sessions to use hotter baths/showers/sauna treatments etc.

SHR is similar to RAID but with two key differences – RAID 5 is designed to protect from one drive failure while SHR 2 provides coverage in case of two simultaneous disk failures.

How Does SHR Work?

SHR technology offers an innovative new method for hair removal; firing multiple shots with lower Joule levels instead of single high energy pulses used by traditional laser/IPL treatments allows us to target more than just melanin pigment of your hair but also stem cells and blood supply that feed it, ultimately leading to permanent damage of the follicle, thus permanently decreasing or eliminating unwanted hair growth.

Due to various factors, our treatment is completely pain-free. The SHR handpiece uses low heat levels, In-Motion technology and Sapphire contact cooling that together reduce any discomfort experienced during treatment – often described as mild tingling and warmth sensation. Furthermore, using In-Motion technique means your skin remains always protected from its source of heat source.

Built-in Radiofrequency (RF) increases comfort while low energy levels make SHR suitable for all skin and hair types – even those tanned by sun exposure! SHR can remove light and dark hair, as well as blond or red hued varieties with ease; white hair removal usually requires additional sessions than other technologies.

SHR is an entirely safe and painless procedure, targeting only secondary effects like melanin pigment. Instead, its focus lies with stem cell health and blood supply to the follicle for effective dark skin treatment without incurring burns or scarring.

SHR allows for mixed drive capacities within one RAID array, unlike classic RAID. This feature is extremely helpful since upgrading one drive at a time will lead to storage capacity losses each time; but with SHR digitally partitioning all drives to their smallest drive pool it doesn’t matter whether adding another drive of higher capacity into your pool – no loss in storage capacity will occur!

What are the Benefits of SHR?

SHR is an innovative new technology designed to make hair removal faster, painless, and more effective than IPL. Utilizing a sweeping epilation technique called SHR-SWEEPTM that slides across an area being treated, eliminating the need for traditional lasers with their high intensity energy pulses to be held still – thus decreasing risk of skin burns while helping avoid redness, blistering or hyperpigmentation issues.

The SHR device features a sapphire contact cooling system which prevents any direct heat from reaching either epidermis or blood in the skin beneath. Furthermore, its lower intensity but higher repetition rate (up to 10Hz) than traditional lasers ensure gradual heating without feeling painful or creating discomfort for clients.

SHR differs from IPL by targeting both melanin pigment in hair as well as hair stem cells that produce new hair growth, thus being effective against dark coarse and fine light hair and also preventing its regrowth. SHR wavelengths absorb by both melanin pigment in hair as well as stem cell, effectively disabling both.

Once melanin and hair stem cells become damaged, their ability to produce new hair growth becomes impossible and eventually begins to thin and fall out; usually this takes between 10-14 days before all hair has shed from your body completely.

SHR can bring many advantages, including reduced time and pain levels as well as fewer treatments being necessary to get to your desired results. Furthermore, SHR does not cause side effects like nicks or bumps or ingrown hairs and is safe for all skin colors and types including tanned skin.

SHR can provide a good alternative to waxing and shaving for people with sensitive skin, as well as those who experience excessive hair growth due to hormonal factors. It’s suitable for both men and women alike who may benefit from it.

Is SHR safe?

SHR technology is suitable for all skin colors and hair types. Unlike IPL (intense pulsed light), SHR uses gentler energy that targets melanin within hair follicles for safe hair removal, making it especially suitable for darker skin tones. Furthermore, treatments using SHR are less traumatic for the skin so you can return to your daily activities immediately following a session without worry of redness, bumps or hyperpigmentation occurring afterward.

SHR works by gradually heating the skin to a temperature that can destroy hair follicles and stop their regrowth, unlike traditional laser hair removal techniques that use single pulses of high energy to do this job. Instead, SHR uses multiple passes over skin multiple times using grid templates in an IN-MOTION process to ensure coverage without superficial burns occurring – with additional cooling from Glacial Tech cooling system providing surface injury prevention ensuring virtually pain-free hair removal sessions for patients.

SHR provides gradual and safe heating that does not damage surrounding tissue, making it ideal for sensitive areas like underarms or bikini lines. Furthermore, its gentle heating mechanism enables much faster treatment than traditional methods while still being suitable for all skin tones and colors – including tanned skin tones!

Safety when using SHR depends heavily on the quality of device used, so it’s essential that a trusted supplier who has been certified by FDA has been chosen as well as having special filters in their device to block all other wavelengths that could harm skin.

SHR can serve as an economical alternative to RAID, an array of traditional hard drives used for data storage that offers increased performance and redundancy. While traditional RAID can be rebuilt using its original drives, SHR creates additional redundant storage on succeeding drives within its array, optimizing total available storage capacity in your system quickly and efficiently – ideal for businesses that need to expand quickly with minimal disruptions to operations.
