Acne Treatments
Laser treatments and light therapies often bring great relief for patients suffering from acne. These therapies reduce inflammation while killing bacteria that causes acne; though they may not completely clear skin completely, they can drastically improve its appearance. Dermatologists typically recommend additional acne treatments before and after light therapy to maximize results; patients must follow instructions closely so as not to damage sensitive skin, while also using gentle skincare products in order to keep results.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a noninvasive treatment that uses fine crystals and suction to gently exfoliate the outermost layer of dead skin, eliminating blemishes and imperfections to leave your complexion looking younger while simultaneously diminishing fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots and clogged pores. Professionals perform the procedure at their salon or clinic without needing local anesthetic.
Laser therapy can be combined with other treatments such as chemical peels and laser therapy for maximum efficacy, particularly for fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, clogged pores, age spots and scarring (including acne scars ). Unfortunately, it should not be used on more significant scars or stretch marks.
Procedure is generally pain-free; however, some may experience mild discomfort. A qualified practitioner uses a hand-held device with tiny crystals to exfoliate skin before vacuuming away old and dead cells from your face. When selecting your practitioner it’s essential they belong to an approved register as this shows they meet set standards of training and skill.
Your doctor may suggest using exfoliating products containing retinoids (tretinoin or adapalene), seven days prior to your appointment. Some individuals also experience redness and tenderness after this procedure.
Botox
Botox has long been recognized as an anti-aging treatment, but you might not realize its medical applications too. Botulinum toxin injections contain botulinum toxin that freezes muscles – binding with receptors on muscle receptors to act like “mute buttons,” according to Dr. Jerome Potozkin and preventing contraction which leads to wrinkles between eyebrows, crow’s feet lines, and forehead lines.
The FDA warns that toxin injection can spread beyond its initial injection site to affect other parts of the body, including weakness in arms and legs or droopy eyelids. Furthermore, breathing difficulties, swallowing difficulties or speaking issues may occur as side effects and require urgent medical intervention.
To reduce this risk, patients should refrain from massaging the injection site for one to two days after getting botox, and avoid laser/IPL treatments, facial massage, lasers/IPL treatments or other forms of direct pressure on it – this will help ensure toxins don’t dislodge from where they were injected, traveling elsewhere in their face and dislodging itself entirely. Visiting a professional with experience administering botox will be most helpful here.
Fillers
Our facials, laser treatments and cosmetic injectables will leave your skin looking its very best. We provide an array of skin care, laser and healthy anti-ageing treatments so that you can become the best version of yourself.
Cutting-edge medical laser technology enables us to permanently reduce unwanted hair on both the face and body. Our Elite+ Cynosure system produces a beam of light that penetrates deep into hair follicles to absorb melanin pigment that forms hair follicles; then this energy transforms to heat that disables them without harming nearby skin; providing a safe and effective method for permanent hair reduction.
Laxity in both facial and body skin is caused by a breakdown of collagen and healthy tissues over time, and dermal fillers made of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) provide volume replacement in treated areas, lifting and contouring for a more youthful look. At Clear Skin we use dermal fillers that contain small amounts of lidocaine for your comfort.
Reverse time and restore youthful appearance with our non-invasive ProWave treatment! Using advanced light technology, this non-invasive solution improves skin tone and texture as it works to decrease redness, brown spots, enlarged pores and Actinic Keratosis lesions (brown precancerous lesions). We guarantee fast, comfortable, virtually pain-free results in only a few treatments!
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels can help improve some forms of skin damage, such as sun spots or uneven tone, actinic keratosis (precancerous lesions that appear on top layer skin), reduce wrinkles and tighten loose sagging skin; they cannot however replace traditional facelifts or tighten deep scars.
Light chemical peels contain glycolic, lactic, salicylic or manic acids – or any combination thereof – and help clear pores, brighten complexion and enhance skin texture while simultaneously reducing ingrown hairs. They should be performed every two to five weeks; multiple treatments may be necessary in order to achieve desired results.
Medium peels typically employ Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), often tinted blue for an enhanced skin reaction called a “blue peel.” This form of facial rejuvenation removes the outermost and upper portion of the middle layer to give a refreshed appearance to the face, while TCA penetrates deeper to address wrinkles, freckles and age spots on its way out.
Deep peels typically consist of stronger combinations of TCA and phenol, reaching deeper into the layers of skin to eliminate brown pigment and fine lines. This procedure should only be undertaken by patients who have sustained extensive sun damage with associated wrinkles and folds.
Skin Care Products
Glow Luxe Skin Care offers an assortment of skin care products designed to promote healthy skin. This includes cleansers and moisturizers. Furthermore, the company provides facial treatments like microdermabrasion and laser hair removal; its services aim at reducing scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, dark spots and acne. Treatments are administered by highly trained and licensed professionals.
According to Oregon Health & Science University, laser hair removal uses focused beams of light to target and destroy unwanted hair. Usually administered by dermatologists, they determine which laser would provide optimal results based on your skin color and hair texture – often multiple treatments must take place over weeks or months in order to reach desired results.
Laser treatments may cause temporary discomfort and swelling; to minimize this discomfort, apply a clean washcloth soaked with cool water directly over the area being treated and apply ice packs wrapped in paper towel for pain relief. You could also take anti-inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or take anti-inflammatory medicines for pain management; all of these techniques will reduce side effects faster after laser treatments are complete.
