Cancellation Policy
After attending a free consultation at Milan Laser Hair Removal, Ms. ***** signed a purchase agreement for 24 auto-drafted monthly payments to cover unlimited laser hair removal sessions. Fees
Service contract fees will be charged directly to your credit card or Milan debit account as stated on the payment plan agreement. Should you decide to cancel before making your first payment is due, Milan recommends reaching out immediately as this will terminate financing and prevent services being scheduled in future.
Prior to beginning laser treatments, it’s essential that you avoid direct sun exposure and utilize a sunless tanner on a regular basis. For optimal results, please use natural skin tone as closely as possible in terms of its hue & tone; please also avoid shaving, waxing & plucking prior to laser sessions.
Ms. ***** joined Milan Laser Hair Removal on 5/28/2021 and attended a free consultation. On this date she made a decision to purchase an unlimited sessions package with 24 monthly auto-drafted payments over 24 months.
