When Can You Safely Exercise After Laser Hair Removal

Even if the area treated doesn’t usually perspire as much (e.g. legs or arms), exertion shouldn’t be undertaken as this could aggravate hair follicles and lead to infections.

Avoid sweat-inducing products immediately following laser treatments on treated areas and limit exposure to heat or sunlight as soon as they have completely cooled off – direct sunlight may burn skin cells and lead to temporary pigment changes that will eventually fade over time. Wait until after your laser procedure before going on long walks or swimming laps!

4. Don’t Exercise for at Least 2 Weeks

Though it’s best to avoid intense exercise immediately after laser hair removal, light exercises like walking or swimming may still be appropriate as long as the area remains cool enough and you are wearing nothing that could irritate the skin.
